Shower Pan Repair in Duluth Ga
Old shower was leaking for few years, we had to install new thicker 3/4" plywood and new shower drain. We had to level one of the walls with 1/2" layer of thin set. Shower walls must be in perfect level to install marble tiles and frameless shower doors.

1/2" Durock cement boards were installed. Durock (cement boards) must be installed 1" above shower pan this will protect shower from future mold problems. Make sure that fiberglass mash tape is installed in all shower corners. Installing fiberglass mash and waterproofing membrane will protect your corners from cracking and leaking.

We installed fiberglass cloth on the shower curb then two layer of waterproofing membrane were installed.

We are able to work in cold and rainy days with our tent and professional wet tile saw. Special tent will protect your bathroom from dust and water.

This remodeling project took us 7 days to complete. Marble tile installation requires more time than porcelain. All tiles were installed with 1/16" spacers. After all tiles weree installed we sealed shower with penetrating sealer.
